Creating space to be

Centered in mind-body connection & spiritual restoration

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life & you will call it fate”

-Carl Jung

White stairs symbolize a journey towards self-realization and individuation

Complex grief and symbolic loss exist in the space between acceptance and denial. Hiding your suffering by shrinking, staying small, and keeping your head down is exhausting and isolating. Many symptoms—such as depression, anxiety, and insomnia—are the psyche’s way of signaling that something important has been avoided for too long. Intra’s integrative approach promotes holistic resilience, guiding you to cultivate curiosity toward inner resistances and navigate life’s challenges with greater consciousness and skill. At its core, Intra believes therapy is an active process—one that shifts, evolves, and transforms loss into meaning.

Specialized Ketamine & Somatic Treatment: A customized approach to immersive healing that reaches beyond the surface.

Depth Therapy

Together, we’ll explore your emotional landscape to uncover the unconscious parts of you that are ready to be seen, understood, and embraced.

Through this process, you’ll develop the capacity to receive the richness of your inner world and channel your emotions in a more honest and adaptive way.

When you begin to understand what you’re feeling, you’ll become clear about what you need.

Clarity that will empower you to make intentional, life-changing choices. This isn’t just a possibility—it’s a dedicated commitment to transformation I witness in my clients every single week.

Investment: $175 per 50-minute session

  • Somatic integration weeks are a central aspect of my practice, allowing you to physically work through unconscious conflicts that may be difficult to express verbally. In the first several months, we’ll meet weekly. Once a strong therapeutic relationship is established, you’ll engage in a mind-body connection practice every fourth week, in place of talk therapy. Interval weeks empower you to tap into your inner resources between sessions, allowing for deep healing without the risk of burnout from therapy.

Depth therapy is ideal for midlife adults who benefit from long-term, weekly support. This approach is particularly helpful for those who:

    1. Are new to therapy and ready to fully commit to the process because change is urgent.

    2. Have previously tried cognitive-based therapies (thought work) but didn’t achieve the lasting results they were seeking.

    3. Are in a stable enough place to commit to weekly sessions and do not require immediate crisis support.

    4. Want to address deep-rooted psychological and emotional challenges.

Somatic Therapy

Emotional numbness, anxiety, chronic tension, and disconnection are often signs of a nervous system that has been carrying too much for too long.

I’ll support you in turning toward your felt experience — rather than overriding, ignoring, or pushing past your body’s signals.

As we restore the essential communication between your mind and body, you’ll strengthen your capacity to sit with dysregulation without panic, without shutting down.

Through compassionate awareness of what’s already present, we’ll begin to gently unwind the stuck, contracted places.

From that softening, your authentic expression will emerge — giving you permission to take up space, breathe more freely and to simply be.

Investment: 2 Hours: $350 / 3 Hours: $525

  • Extended sessions are provided as an adjunctive therapy for people who either (1) already have a therapist or (2) have successfully completed therapy and would like to embody their psychological healing. Using trauma-informed therapeutic techniques, we’ll gently release any tension, memories, or pain held within your body and mind. This work can be helpful to those who:

    1. Have been in group or individual therapy with me in the past and are seeking focused, intensive support

    2. Feel stuck in their ability to change their beliefs through talk therapy

    3. Have childhood, pre-verbal or transgenerational complex trauma

    4. Live in the Seattle area and want to try out in-person therapy with me (making the most out of the commute) before committing to a full day retreat (coming soon!)

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a well-researched and effective therapeutic method that combines low to moderate doses of ketamine with therapy to enhance treatment outcomes.

If other approaches haven’t provided the relief you’re seeking, ketamine therapy may be for you.

KAP takes a powerful, yet gentle approach to healing, addressing deeply ingrained patterns and the brain's chemical systems. By temporarily softening psychological defenses, KAP creates space for deeper self-reflection and emotional processing.

Ketamine works to disrupt rigid beliefs and create new neural pathways, facilitating lasting change. Many clients experience profound shifts in their outlook and overall well-being as a result of this disruption.

  • I offer this therapeutic modality in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical. Journey Clinical is a platform for licensed psychotherapists to incorporate science-based psychedelic therapies in their practice safely and effectively, starting with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Journey Clinical’s in-house medical team takes on patient eligibility, prescriptions and outcome monitoring, while I take on the therapy. Their collaborative care model is designed to deliver personalized treatment plans to meet your individual needs and improve long-term outcomes.

KAP can be particularly helpful for those who:

    1. Walk through life with a ‘narrow’ focus and may have been perceived as judgmental, even if they don’t see themselves that way.

    2. Struggle to ‘zoom out’ and see others' perspectives with gentleness or softness, especially when they disagree with others' choices.

    3. Feel suffocated by self-sabotaging beliefs.

    4. Understand that there is no ‘quick fix’ or ‘magic pill,’ and view KAP as an additional resource for healing, complementing the work done in traditional therapy.

Therapeutic
Yoga Groups

Yoga-based group therapy brings together a small group of people with the intention to foster collective healing. Community offers a safe holding container to bear witness and welcome all parts of our suffering. We will trust the body to guide us inside and nourish our nervous systems by flowing between playful and restful states of awareness.

Investment: Varies for each offering. Check upcoming group offerings here.

  • Sessions will include discussion, embodied practices, skills, and processing facilitated by me. These groups are a safe and inclusive space where you can share, reflect, show up fully, and cultivate safety within. The more we become curious about our inner experience, the greater our capacity to turn toward one another and connect with our shared humanity.

My Specialties

Grief & Loss

Grief is the emotional response to the loss of safety, the loss of the familiar, and the challenge of adapting to a new reality. Complicated grief persists longer than typical mourning, often lacking the sense of meaning or adjustment that restores heartbreak. Signs of complicated grief may include difficulty completing daily tasks, chronic withdrawal from social situations, or feeling disconnected from reality—like being stuck in a dull dream you can't escape.

Life Transitions

Mid-life is often marked by a series of significant life transitions, including shifts in relationship status (separation, divorce, widowhood), changes in health, becoming an empty nester, reproductive changes (infertility, menopause), and work-related challenges (job loss, demotion, or missed promotions). Adjusting to these transitions can bring about emotional and behavioral responses that may feel overwhelming, requiring support to navigate the changes effectively.

Stress

Feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands? Struggling to unwind, recover after stressful events, or feeling scattered, anxious, and fatigued? These stress-related symptoms may show up as a relentless pursuit of perfection, difficulty being present, or being stuck in resentment and frustration. By dropping into your body, you can feel and process your emotions on a deeper level. Effective stress management works with the body, not against it.

Is spacious and dynamic.

Through a steady, supportive presence, we will explore the depths of your mind, body, and emotions—uncovering insights that lead to real, lasting change. This process isn’t always graceful! Finding balance on shaky ground will strengthen your ability to cope with hardship and suffering. As your resilience grows, so will your capacity to take clear, grounded action.
